General Guidelines
The barefoot lounge is a retreat for mind,body,and wellness. Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. We strive to make every experience both comfortable and relaxing. Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices is recommended so that you may relish in your treatment without interruption from the outside world. Our staff is compiled of both male and female therapist, if should you have a preference, please let us know. Otherwise you will be booked with first available therapist.
Health Considerations
The barefoot lounge is comprised of professionals that will modify your treatment according to any health condition or medications that you might be taking. Some modifications may be necessary due to certain health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis and certain skin conditions. If pregnant, please notify our front desk staff when scheduling an appointment. For your health and safety, the service may be modified or even declined depending on health condition.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required on all appointments. Any cancellation, reschedule or modification to appointment with less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Full charges will be imposed for a "no call- no show".
Reservations
We accept walk-ins everyday, however, we recommend that you book in advance to secure you preferred date and time of treatment. If we do not have space available for your desired date and/or time, ask to be put on our "standby" list. A credit card number is required for appointments over $85 and/or if scheduling for parties of two or more.
Gift Certificates /Gift Cards
Gift certificates for our treatments are valid for 12 months and can be purchased at the front desk in person, over the phone, or from our website. Appointment "no shows" will void the gift certificate. Gift certificates are non refundable but are transferable. If your certificate expired we would still honor the gift certificate for the dollar amount that was paid not the promotional offer. Gift certificates can be redeemed for equal value and can be applied to any treatment and/or retail item. Any amount remaining on a gift certificate will be reissued in gift certificate form.
Check In
Please arrive on time to avoid a reduced appointment time . Late appointment arrivals will be responsible for the full payment of scheduled treatment. If this is your first time to the spa or if it has been a while since we have seen you. We may require that you complete a short intake form prior to service, please arrive 15 minutes early to assure your treatment starts on time.
Refund Policy
All gift certificates are nonrefundable. Gift certificates are transferable and can be exchanged for any treatment of equal or less value, if available.
Payment
We accept cash, and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
